Maguire looks to invest in popular tourist and business destinations with highly trafficked retail corridors, along with a dense and growing population. We acquire and manage a significant number of retail properties as well as commercial, residential, hotel and mixed-use assets in these global cities.
In addition, Maguire’s Strategy is to purchase non-performing loans from banks and non-bank lenders, such as debt funds, private lenders, and hard money lenders.
